MCC women to make up game Northeastern game Feb. 28

The McCook Community College women's game with Northeastern Junior College, that was postponed because of the weather Thursday, has been rescheduled for Feb. 28 at 5:30 p.m. at the Peter and Dolores Graff Events Center.

This game will also be Sophomore Recognition Night.

MCC has won six straight games and is 11-14. In their previous meeting Feb. 4 in Sterling, Colo., MCC prevailed 76-72 over NJC.

MCC will continue Region IX play Saturday at Scottsbluff against Western Nebraska (18-8, 6-1). MCC is 4-2 and in third place in the Region IX standings, tailing Western Nebraska and Otero Junior College (5-2).
