Jackson Finder - Baseball

Jackson Finder is a sophomore pitcher on the MCC Baseball team.

The right-hander picked up his first career win April 24 in a 12-0 win over Hastings JV. He has appeared in eight games this season with a 2.21 ERA. In 12.2 innings he has allowed 13 hits, six walks and has struck out seven.

Finder who attended Lincoln Pius High School, and is a pre-law student at MCC, was awarded the Vice President of Instruction Award, given to an outstanding student who has excelled in the classroom and demonstrated a commitment to continued academic achievement. For the second straight year, he was also named a top student in the Humanities and Social Science Division.

He was also as MCC’s top male academic athlete for 2023-2024, is a tutor and student ambassador.

Each of his previous semesters he achieved a GPA of 3.9 or higher and was named to the President’s List three times as well as being named to the

NJCAA All-Academic First Team for student athletes with GPA of 4.0
