Despite the wind at Heritage Hills Golf Course Friday, the McCook Community College golf team pulled away from the field and won its two-day home tournament by 46 shots. MCC was the only team with rounds below 300 both days. This is MCC’s sixth tournament of the calendar year and sixth time they’ve finished in first place (once in a tie).
